Review Management Build credibility that drives new business.
Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asked them. We set up the ask so it goes out after every job, and we reply to every review that comes in, good or bad.
What we handle
More reviews, and every one answered.
The ask
When a job's done, the customer gets a short text or email with a direct link to your Google review page. One reminder at most.
A reply to every review
Written in your voice within a couple of days. A real thank-you for the good ones and a calm, specific answer for the bad ones.
Bad reviews, handled
We flag a bad review to you the same day and help you answer it. If it breaks Google's rules, we ask Google to take it down.
Honest only
We never buy reviews, write them, or steer unhappy customers away from Google. Google bans it, and the FTC fines it.
Where it counts
Google first, because that's where the map ranking comes from. Then one or two other sites that matter in your trade.
Your words
The ask and the replies sound like you. You approve the wording before anything goes out.
How it works
Set up once. Runs after every job.
Count
How many reviews you have, your rating, how recent they are, and how many got a reply.
Set up the ask
Tied to the end of each job, in your wording, so nobody has to remember.
Reply and watch
Every review answered, bad ones flagged to you the same day.
Report
Reviews asked for, reviews received and your rating, every month.
On your Day-30 report
What you'll see every month.
One page, in plain words. No login, no dashboard to check.
Questions owners ask
Straight answers.
Will my customers find the texts annoying?
One ask after the job and one reminder at most. Most people are glad to help a shop that did good work; they just need the link.
What about a bad review that isn't true?
We help you answer it calmly with the facts, which is what the next customer reads. If it breaks Google's rules, such as a fake review or one from a competitor, we report it. Google decides what comes down.
Can I give a discount for a review?
No. Google doesn't allow paying or rewarding customers for reviews, and the FTC's rule on fake reviews covers buying them too. It can get reviews removed or the listing penalized.
